dc.description.abstractV rámci této bakalářské práce byla komplexně popsána problematika zániku mandátu člena zastupitelstva územního samosprávného celku. Dále byly vymezeny základní pojmy jako územní samosprávný celek, vyšší a nižší územní samosprávné celky, hlavní město Praha nebo co je to vlastně mandát. Poté byl vysvětlen vznik mandátu a jednotlivé důvody zániku mandátu člena zastupitelstva.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis bachelor thesis comprehensively described the issue of the termination of the mandate of a member of a local government council. Furthermore, the basic terms such as local self-government unit, higher and lower local self-government units, the capital city of Prague or what a mandate actually is were defined. The establishment of the mandate and the various reasons for the termination of the mandate of a member of the local council were then explained.en
