dc.description.abstractTeoretická část práce čtenáře seznamuje s anatomií a fyziologií krve a zvláštní pozornost je věnována kostní dřeni. Následují charakteristiky leukemie a akutní leukemie. Rozsahem největší díl pak tvoří závěr teoretické části, který je věnován problematice ošetřovatelské péče o nemocného s akutní leukemií. Praktická část práce obsahuje kvalitativní výzkum zpracování dvou kazuistik a sestavení ošetřovatelských plánů u vybraných pacientů se stejnou diagnózou. Součástí ošetřovatelského plánu je zjištění ošetřovatelských problémů a zhodnocení celkového stavu nemocného dle Gordonové, stanovení ošetřovatelských diagnóz, určení cílů, ošetřovatelských intervencí směřujících k vyřešení problému a následné zhodnocení. Součástí ošetřovatelského plánu je i edukační plán, sestavený dle potřeb nemocného.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe theoretical part of the reader's work introduces anatomy and physiology of blood and significant part is focused on bone marrow. Characteristics of leukemia and acute leukemia then follow. The most extensive section is the conclusion of the theoretical part which copes with the issues of nursing care of patients with acute leukemia. The practical part of the work comprises qualitative research processing two casuistries and formulation of nursing plans concerning chosen patients with the same diagnosis. The nursing plan includes determining the nursing problems and evaluation of the patient's state according to Gordon, nursing diagnoses, specifying the aims, the nursing interventions aiming to solving the problems and subsequent evaluation. The educational plan, tailored to the needs of the patient, is included in the nursing plan as well.en
