dc.description.abstractPředkládaná bakalářská práce se zabývá normativními teoriemi secese, zejména pak remediální teorií secese Allena Buchanana. V teoretická část obsahuje i rozdělení teorií secece podle Buchanana na primární a remediální. Primární pak dále dělí na askriptivní a plesbiscitní teorie secese, zárověň jsou zmíněni autoři těchto teorií. Praktická se snaží pomocí sedmi bodů Buchananovy remediální teorie secese najít ospravedlnění pro secesi Kosova od Srbska a Abcházie od Gruzie. Cílem práce je zjistit, zda je kosovská a abcházská secese kompatibilní s remediální teorií secese.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis thesis is dealing with normative theories of secession, particulary Allen Buchanan´s remedial right only theory. The theoretical part containts main divinding theories of secession according to Allen Buchanan to primary right and remedial right to secession. Primary right to secession is next divided to ascriptive and plesbiscitary theories of secession, then authors of these theories are introduced. The practical part is handeling with seven points of Buchanan´s remedial theory and it looks for justification for secession of Kosovo from Serbia and Abkhazia from Georgia. The goal of thr thesis is find out, whether secession of Kosovo and Abkhazia is compatible with remedial theory of secession.en
