| dc.description.abstract | Tato diplomová práce je primárně zaměřena na problematiku bytových družstev v České republice. Její první část stručně pojednává o historii bytových družstev na českém území, a to za použití celé řady tehdejších zákonů. Následně je naprostá většina obsahu věnována aktuálně účinné právní úpravě bytových družstev, kterou nalezneme především v zákoně o obchodních korporacích. Závěrem je shrnuta komparace bytového družstevnictví v tuzemsku a ve vybraných státech. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract-translated | This diploma thesis is primarily focused on the topic of housing cooperatives in the Czech Republic. Its first part briefly discusses the history of housing cooperatives in the Czech territory, by using a number of laws at that time. Subsequently, the vast majority of the content is devoted to the currently effective legal regulation of housing cooperatives, which can be found primarily in the Business Corporations Act. In closing part is summarized a comparison of housing cooperatives in the Czech Republic and in some selected foreign countries. | en |
