dc.description.abstractTato rigorozní práce se prioritne zabývá úpravou soudnictví, notářství, advokacií a státními zastupitelstvími zejména v 19. Století v zemích Rakouska ? Uherska. Autor popisuje změny v koncepci a výše uvedených právních profesích. Zdůrazňuje nové zásady v těchto oborech, kde se věnuje ke každému právnímu oboru z hlediska jejich postavení a z hlediska právních předpisů. Autor se zajímá nejvíce o soudnictví a advokacii s ohledem na výběr svého budoucího povolání.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis work deals with the judiciary, a notary public, the bar and State Prosecutor's offices in particular in the 19th Century in the countries of the Austria - Hungarian Empire, the author describes the changes in the concept and the above legal professions. Highlights of the new policy in these fields, where he dedicates to each legal scope in terms of their status and the terms of the legislation. The Author cares the most about the judiciary and the legal profession with regard to the selection of his future profession.en
