dc.description.abstractBakalářská práce na téma "Ošetřovatelská péče o pacienta se stomii na urotraktu" je rozdělena na dvě části, teoretickou a praktickou. V teoretické části je nastíněn současný stav řešené problematiky péče o stomie na urotraktu, zmíněna je také oblast samotného ošetřovatelství a edukace v ošetřovatelství. V druhé polovině teoretické části jsou zmíněny stomie a specifika ošetřovatelské péče o pacienta podstupujícího zavedení urostomie a specifika následné pooperační péče. Hlavním cílem empirické části bylo analyzovat roli sestry v procesu edukace pacientů s urostomií před propuštěním do domácího ošetřování. Na základě analýzy dat z rozhovorů realizovaných jako součást výzkumu předkládané kvalifikační práce, bylo potvrzeno, že při edukaci je role sestry nezbytná. Závěrem práce byl navrhnut standardní ošetřovatelský postup u pacienta s urostomii.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe bachelor thesis on the topic "Nursing care of the patient with stoma in the urotract" is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. The theoretical part outlines the current status of the problem of ostomy care in the urotract. The field of nursing itself and nursing education are also mentioned. In the second half of the theoretical part, ostomies and the specifics of nursing care of the patient undergoing urostomy insertion and the specifics of the subsequent postoperative care are mentioned. The main aim of the empirical part was to analyse the role of the nurse in the process of education of urostomy patients before their discharge to home care. Based on the analysis of data from interviews conducted as part of the research of the present qualification thesis, it was confirmed that the role of the nurse in the education process is essential. At the end of this thesis, a standard nursing procedure for the urostomy patient was proposed.en
