| dc.description.abstract | Bakalářská práce se zabývá chronickým onemocněním žen, které se nazývá endometrióza. Hlavním cílem této práce bylo zjistit, jak endometrióza ovlivňuje kvalitu života ženy. Teoretická část se skládá ze 3 kapitol, kde jsou shrnuty základní informace o endometrióze a vybrané formy léčby tohoto onemocnění, možné příčiny sterility u žen s endometriózou a kooperativu porodní asistentky se ženou sužovanou endometriózou. Praktická část zahrnuje výzkumné šetření provedené na základě rozhovoru se ženou trpící endometriózou. Důraz byl především kladen na její prožívání jednotlivých fázích života, ať už se jednalo o diagnostikování endometriózy či léčbu neplodnosti. Z výsledků vyplývá, že onemocnění endometriózy značně ovlivňuje kvalitu ženského života a také jejího okolí. Pokládáme za důležité, aby se edukovaly a informovaly již mladistvé dívky o klinických příznacích, diagnostice a léčbě tohoto onemocnění. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract-translated | The bachelor thesis focuses on a chronic disease of women called endometriosis. The main aim of this thesis was to find out how endometriosis affects a woman's life quality. The theoretical part consists of 3 chapters, which summarise general information about endometriosis and selected forms of treatment of this disease, possible causes of sterility among women with endometriosis and the midwife's cooperation with a woman affected by endometriosis. The practical part involves a research investigation based on an interview with a woman suffering from endometriosis. The main focus was on her experience during each stage of her life, whether it was the diagnosis of endometriosis or the treatment of infertility. The results show that endometriosis significantly affects the quality of a woman's life as well as her social environment. We consider it important to educate and inform adolescent girls about the clinical symptoms, diagnosis and treatment of this disease. | en |
