| dc.description.abstract | Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na analýzu úspěšnosti transformačního procesu v České republice. Cílem práce je popsat celý proces transformace, zejména jeho plánování, podstatu a strategii. V této souvislosti se práce zaměřuje hlavně na popis prvního pilíře transformace - privatizace. Na tomto základě práce pokračuje v hodnocení úspěchu řady společností. Závěrečnou fází jsou návrhy autora v oblasti hospodářské politiky, které vycházejí ze zkušeností z těchto případových studií. | cs |
