dc.description.abstractTématem této bakalářské práce je orientovanost studentů oboru Všeobecná sestra ve zdravotnické dokumentaci na standardním oddělení. V teoretické části se věnuji základním náležitostem, které má obsahovat zdravotnická a ošetřovatelská dokumentace. V praktické části bylo cílem zjistit, prostřednictvím kvantitativního výzkumu pomocí dotazníku míru orientovanosti mezi studenty Všeobecná sestra prezenční a kombinované formy studia ve zdravotnické dokumentaci.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe topic of this thesis is the general orientation of student of General Nurse in the medical records on the standard department. The theoretical part presents basic formalities which should be included in medical and nursing documentation. In the practical part was purposed to determine through quantitative research and by using a questionnaire measure of orientation among the General Nursing students of full-time and part-time study in the medical records.en
