dc.description.abstractPráce se zabývá ošetřovatelským procesem u pacienta s nespecifickým střevním zánětem. V teoretické části práce je popsána anatomie a funkce zažívacího ústrojí, Crohnova choroba, ulcerózní kolitida, charakteristika, příčina, příznaky, diagnostické metody a sociální aspekty onemocnění a různé způsoby léčby nemoci, jako je konzervativní, biologická a chirurgická. V další části je popsaná výživa pacientů při akutní fázi zánětu, malnutrici, krátkém střevě a stenóze střeva. V praktické části se ve dvou kazuistikách věnuji ošetřovatelské péčí a aktuálním problémům nemocných. V první kazuistice popisuji ošetřovatelskou péči u muže s Crohnovou chorobou a druhá kazuistika je věnována ženě s ulcerózní kolitidou. Rozepisuji se zde o léčbě, průběhu hospitalizace, ošetřovatelských diagnózách, plánu ošetřovatelské péče, komplikacích a edukačním plánu.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe thesis deals with the nursing process in patients with inflammatory bowel diseases. The theoretical part describes the anatomy and function of the digestive tract, Crohn's disease, ulcerative colitis, characteristics, causes, symptoms, diagnostic methods and social aspects of the disease and the various treatments for diseases such as conservative, biological and surgical. The next section describes the nutrition of patients during the acute phase of inflammation, malnutrition, short gut and bowel stenosis. In the practical part in two casuistry deals with nursing care and the current problems of the patients. In the first case report, we describe the nursing care of a man with Crohn's disease and one case report is devoted to a woman with ulcerative colitis. Break down here about the treatment during hospitalization, nursing diagnoses, nursing care plan, complications and educational plan.en
