| dc.description.abstract | Předložená práce je zaměřena na problematiku hospodárného řízení nákladů v rámci procesu otvírek nových dobývacích území ve vybrané těžební organizaci. První část práce obsahuje teoretickou rešerši a hodnocení problematiky ve zkoumané oblasti. Druhá část je již prakticky zaměřená na vybranou společnost LB Minerals, s.r.o., resp. na konkrétní středisko těžby výrobního závodu Kaznějov. Analýzou a hodnocením nákladových položek primárně souvisejících s rozšiřováním těžebních oblastí autorka dokázala, že největší objem nákladů středisko vynakládá na převoz surového kaolinu. V závěrečné části práce se autorka zabývá nákladovou optimalizací dopravní situace střediska těžby, pro kterou využila analýzu, kalkulaci a následnou nákladovou komparaci výsledků zavedeného systému přepravy s vlastními návrhy. Hlavním cílem práce bylo vytvořit studii budoucího řešení dopravní situace v lomu střediska těžby. Výstup této diplomové práce bude společnosti LB Minerals, s.r.o. sloužit jako základní podklad v rámci rozhodování o investičních variantách pro budoucí řešení přepravy surového kaolinu. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract-translated | This thesis is focused on the problematics of the economical cost management within the process of new opening mining areas in a selected mining company. The first part of the thesis contains the theoretical literature search of the examined area of interest and its evaluation. The second part deals with data from the selected company, LB Minerals, limited liability company, and its specific mining centre of the manfacturing plant in Kaznějov. By performing the analysis and evaluation of the cost items related with the mining areas enlargement, the author proved that the biggest amount of the company costs is spent on the raw kaolin transportation. In the final section of this thesis, the transportation situation within the mining company area is being solved and optimized with respect to the costs. The transport cost optimalization was executed considering the performed analysis and cost calcualtion. Moreover, the costs comparism of the established transport system results with the author's own suggestions were executed. The thesis main aim was to create a study for the future solution of the transport situation within the mining company area. The output of the master thesis will serve as the base for the decision of the kaolin transport problem solution within LB Minerals, limited liability company. | en |
