dc.description.abstractPředložená bakalářská práce pojednává o různých metodách výroby desek plošných spojů a jejich výhodách či nevýhodách. Dále se práce zabývá návrhem a posléze zhotovením poloautomatické leptací stanice pro výrobu desek plošných spojů. Základem je tříkomorová kyveta, kde jedna z komor je vyhrazena pro leptání motivu desek plošných spojů, další pro vyvíjení fotorezistu, a třetí pro vodu pro opláchnutí desky od leptacího a vyvíjecího roztoku. Leptací komora je dále vybavena teplotním senzorem, cirkulačním čerpadlem a topným tělesem. O řízení těchto komponent se stará řídící systém založený na mikrokontrolérové vývojové desce Arduino Uno. Řídící systém umožňuje uživateli stanice si zvolit udržovanou teplotu v leptací komoře a také čas, po jehož uběhnutí stanice oznámí konec cyklu leptání.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe presented bachelor thesis deals with various methods of production of printed circuit boards and their advantages or disadvantages. Thesis also deals with the design and then with the production of a semiautomatic etching station for production of printed circuit boards. The base is a three chamber cell, where one of the chambers is designated for etching the printed circuit board motive, another for photoresist evocation, and the third one for water to rinse the board off from etching and evocation solution. The etching chamber is further equipped with a temperature sensor, a circulation pump and a heating element. The management of these components takes over the control system based on the Arduino Uno microcontroller development board. The control system allows user of the station to choose the temperature maintained in the etching chamber and also the time after which the station will announce the end of the etching cycle.en
