dc.description.abstractPředložená diplomová práce na téma ?Controlling zásob v podniku? se v teoretické části práce zabývá vymezením pojmu controlling, jeho historickým vývojem a začleněním controllingového oddělení do organizační struktury. Následuje popis základních technik používaných v controllingu a controllingu zásob. V praktické části práce je nejprve charakterizována společnosti Key Plastics Janovice s. r. o. Poté je provedena analýza prostředí, jejímž výsledkem je seznam silných a slabých stránek, příležitostí a hrozeb. Následně jsou analyzovány jednotlivé controllingové aktivity v oblasti plánování, reportingu, analýze odchylek a tvorbě kalkulací. Blíže jsou popsány informační systém SAP Enterprice Resource Planning, jednotlivé druhy zásob podniku a struktura skladů. Závěr práce je věnován zhodnocení prováděných controllingových aktivit včetně stanovení návrhů na možná zlepšení.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe diploma thesis named "Controlling of the Stock in a Company? covers in the theoretical part the definition of the concept of controlling, its historical development and the integration of the controlling department in the organizational structure, followed by the description of the basic techniques used in controlling and controlling inventory. In the practical part of the thesis the company Key Plastics Janovice s. r. o. is characterized. After that, the analysis of the environment is done. As the result of this analysis is the list of strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats. Individual controlling activities in the areas of planning, reporting, analysis of the differences, and creation of the calculations are subsequently analyzed. Afterwards, the informatik system SAP Enterprise Resource Planning, the various types of company?s inventories, and the structures of warehouses, are further described. The conclusion is devoted to the evaluation of the implementing controlling activities, including the establishment of the suggestions for possible improvements.en
