dc.description.abstractTato bakalářská práce s názvem Politicko-geografické důsledky šestidenní války si klade za cíl zjistit důvody, které vedly Izrael k zabrání území Sinajského poloostrova, Pásma Gazy, Západního břehu Jordánu, Východního Jeruzaléma a Golanských výšin. Dále zhodnotím význam jednotlivých území z perspektivy bezpečnostní, strategické, symbolické a ekonomické pro Izrael. V první části se zabývám vznikem Izraele a konflikty, které s jeho vznikem souvisí. Poté se zaměřuji zejména na šestidenní válku. V druhé části práce se zabývám politicko-geografickými změnami z roku 1967. Nejdříve se zabývám bezprostředími přínosy změn pro Izrael a poté se věnuji každému území jednotlivě. V závěrečné části shrnuji nejdůležitější body pro naplnění cílů, které jsem si dala v úvodu práce. Na základě toho zhodnotím význam jednotlivých území pro Izrael z různých perspektiv. Sinajský poloostrov, Pásmo Gazy, Západní břeh Jordánu a Golanské výšiny jsou pro Izrael významné z bezpečnostního a strategického hlediska. Přičemž Golanské výšiny a izraelské osady na Západním břehu mají také ekonomický význam. Východní Jeruzalém má symbolický význam.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis bachelor's thesis called Political-geographical consequences of the Six-Day War aims to find the reasons that led Israel to seize the territory of the Sinai Peninsula, Gaza Strip, West Bank, East Jerusalem, and the Golan Heights. It also aims to find out the values of these territories for Israel from the security, strategic, symbolic and economic perspectives. The thesis is divided into several parts. At first, I focus on the creation of Israel and the subsequent wars. Then I deal more with the Six-Day War. After this part of my work, I focus on the political-geographical changes of 1967. I deal with the immediate benefits for Israel. In the following part, I deal with individual territories focusing on Israeli actions towards them. In the final part, I summarize the most important point for fulfilling the goal of the thesis and answer the questions from the introduction of this thesis. Afterward, I evaluate the importance of the Sinai Peninsula, Gaza Strip, West Bank, East Jerusalem and the Golan Heights for Israel. On the bases of this work, I have determined that the Sinai Peninsula, Gaza Strip, West Bank, and Golan Heights are clearly of security and strategic importance to Israel. Meanwhile, Golan Heights, as well as the Israeli settlements on the West Bank, are also of economic importance. East Jerusalem is of symbolic importance.en
