dc.description.abstractTato bakalářská práce se zabývá hodnocením efektu pomůcek respirační fyzioterapie u asthma bronchiale. Práce se skládá ze dvou částí, z teoretické a praktické. Teoretická část je rozdělena do třech hlavních kapitol, které se zabývají dýchacím systémem, asthma bronchiale a respiračními pomůckami. Praktická část je zaměřená na hodnocení efektu respiračních pomůcek u pacientů s diagnózou asthma bronchiale na třech ukazatelích, kterými jsou antropometrické obvody hrudníku, spirometrické vyšetření a hodnocení síly dechových svalů. Jsou zde stanoveny cíle a hypotézy, které jsou analyzovány na základě výsledků testování sledovaného souboru.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis bachelor thesis is occupied with the evaluation of the effects of respiratory physiotherapy devices in asthma bronchial. The thesis consistes of two parts, theoretical and practical. The theoretical part is divided into three main chapters, which are occupied with respiratory system, asthma bronchial and respiratory devices. Practical part is focussed on the evaluation of the effects of the respiratory devices on patients diagnosed with asthma bronchial and it is shown on three coefficients, which are anthropometrical circumference of the chest, spirometry and the evaluation of the respiratory muscle function. The aim and hypothesis are set, those are analysed based on the outcomes of testing selected people.en
