dc.description.abstractTato diplomová práce zpracovává téma Výdaje na sport a kulturu měst s rozšířenou působností. Cílem teoretické části je provést deskripci tvorby rozpočtu města, výdajů týkajících se sportu a kultury a vysvětlit základní pojmy, které se vztahují k problematice tématu. V praktické části je cílem zjistit, zda se výdaje na sport a kulturu výrazně liší u čtyř měst obdobné velikosti v rámci zvolené časové řady. Po získání dat jsou výdaje komparovány a jsou identifikovány důvody poměrů/změn poměrů výdajů na sport a kulturu k výdajům celkovým. Následně jsou analyzována kritéria pro přiřazování výdajů jednotlivým žadatelům. V rámci diplomové práce byl zvolen i vedlejší cíl, kde jsou zjištěné poměry výdajů na sport a kulturu tuzemských měst jsou komparovány s městy zahraničními.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis master´s thesis deals with the topic Expenditure on sport and culture of cities with extended scope. The theoretical objective is to make a description of the city budgeting, expenditure related to sport and culture and to explain the basic concepts related to the topic. The practical part is to find out whether the expenditures on sport and culture differs significantly for four cities of similar size within the selected time series. Once the data is obtained, the expenditures are compared and the reasons for ratios/changes in the ratios of sport and culture expenditures to total expenditures are identified. The criteria for allocating expenditure to individual applicants are then analysed. With in the thesis, a secondary objective was chosen, where the observed rations of expenditure on sport and culture in domestic cities are compared with foreign cities.en
