dc.description.abstractTato diplomová práce je zaměřena na analýzu účtování v zemědělské společnosti, konkrétně se jedná o společnost AGROKLAS Staré Sedliště a.s. Teoretická část je věnována právním úpravám účetního systému v České republice, specifikům, jež se nacházejí v účetnictví zemědělských společností, a řešení zemědělské problematiky dle Mezinárodních účetních standardů IAS/IFRS. Dále je do teoretické části zahrnuto i pojištění a dotace, což je se zemědělstvím velmi úzce spjato. V praktické části je představena analyzovaná společnost a její finanční situace. Následuje ocenění konkrétních druhů aktiv, které má společnost ve svém majetku a oceňování dle standardu IAS 41. Dále je proveden rozbor dotací a pojištění, jež zvolenou společnost a zemědělství ovlivňují. Závěr je věnován zhodnocení problematiky účtování v zemědělském podniku a doporučení, jež by vedlo ke zlepšení jeho účetnictví.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis Master's Thesis is focused on the analysis of accounting in the agricultural company, specifically the company AGROKLAS Staré Sedliště a.s. The theoretical part is devoted to the legal regulations of the accounting system in the Czech Republic, the specifics that are found in the accounting of agricultural companies and the solution of agricultural issues according to International Accounting Standards IAS/IFRS. Furthermore, the theoretical part includes an insurance and subsidies, which is are very closely related with agriculture. In the practical part is introduced the analyzed company and its financial situation. The following is a valuation of the specific types of assets, which has the company in its assets and valuation in accordance with standard IAS 41. Further is the analysis of subsidies and insurance that affect the selected company and also complete agriculture. The conclusion is devoted to the evaluation of the agriculture company's accounting issues and recommendations that would improve its accounting.en
