dc.description.abstractPráce popisuje význam židovského Chrámu z různých úhlů pohledu. První část mluví o rozvoji instituce Chrámu v Izraeli počínajíc původním stanem setkávání, zmiňuje Šalomounův Chrám, Chrám Herodův a jeho zničení v roce 70 n.l. Druhá část vysvětluje roli Chrámu v kontextu tří monoteistických náboženství v Izraeli - judaismu, křesťanství a islámu. Poslední kapitola nazvaná "Chrámová hora jako místo střetu" pojednává o politických aspektech této lokality v Jeruzalémě v kontextu židovského střetu s muslimy.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe present thesis is describing the significance of the Jewish Temple from different points of view. The first part describes the development of the institution of the Temple in Israel; the described history goes from the tabernacle of the congregations through the Temples built by Kings Salomon and Herod and finishes with the act of final destruction in 70 AD. The second part explains the role of the Temple in three major monotheistic religions in Israel ? Judaism, Christianity and Islam. The last chapter called The Temple Mount as a Place of Conflict speaks about political aspects of this site in Jerusalem focused on the Jewish conflict with Moslems.en
