dc.description.abstractV této bakalářské práci se zabýváme využitím fytoterapie v těhotenství a šestinedělí. Jedná se tedy o využití bylin zpracovaných do různých forem. Hlavním cílem tohoto výzku-mu je zjistit informovanost o fytoterapii v těhotenství a šestinedělí. V teoretické části se nejprve věnujeme samotnému těhotenství, šestinedělí a změnám, které k těmto stavům patří. Následně tato práce obsahuje informace o zpracování a formách využití bylin. Za-býváme se také konkrétními bylinami, jejich účinnými látkami a jejich využitím. Též se zaměřujeme na využití právě během těhotenství a šestinedělí. V praktické části pomocí dotazníkového šetření zjišťujeme informovanost o možnostech využití fytoterapie v těhotenství a šestinedělí.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis bachelor's thesis deals with the use of phytotherapy during pregnancy and the postpartum period. It involves the use of herbs processed into various forms. The main aim of this research is to determine the awareness of phytotherapy during pregnancy and the postpartum period. In the theoretical part, we first focus on pregnancy, the postpartum period, and the changes associated with these conditions. Subsequently, this work provi-des information on the processing and forms of herbal use. We also deal with specific herbs, their active ingredients, and their use. We also focus on the use specifically during pregnancy and the postpartum period. In the practical part, through a questionnaire sur-vey, we assess the awareness of the possibilities of using phytotherapy during pregnancy and the postpartum period.en
