dc.description.abstractPráce se zabývá kineziologií ramenního kloubu a jeho patologií v souvislosti s vykonáváním vzpěračského sportu. Zaměřuje se na souhru anatomických struktur ramenního pletence umožňující efektivní pohyb. Zároveň obsahuje diagnostické metody pro zjištění postižení měkkých tkání kloubu a degenerativních změn v důsledku přetížení. V neposlední řadě práce obsahuje kazuistiku několika atletů a terapeutické nastínění řešení chybného kloubního nastavení ramenního kloubu nejvíce zaměřené na správnou fixaci lopatky na hrudník a protažení měkkých struktur ramenního kloubu.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe thesis deals with the kinesiology of the shoulder joint and its patology in connection with the practicing of weightlifting. It is focused on the co-ordination of the anatomical structures of the shoulder girdle and its influence on the movement´s effectiveness. It also contains the diagnostical methodes used for the detection of the disabilities and the degenerative changes in soft tissues of the joint. Last but not least the thesis contains the case histories of several athletes and the therapeutic outline of the solution of the incorrect joint setting of the shoulder joint, mostly focused on the right fixing of the soft issues of the shoulder joint.en
