dc.description.abstract-translatedThe article deals with the issue of interrogation of the victim as a witness in criminal proceedings in practice. There are presented the procedures that serve to protect the victim. The text also focuses on specific aspects of the obligation of the law enforcement authorities to act respectfully towards the victim so that they do not cause secondary harm to the victim. Furthermore, the article emphasizes the importance of the correct procedural form of the interrogation in relation to its subsequent applicability as evidence in proceedings before the court. In conclusion, the author reflects on some procedures of the law enforcement authorities in practice and on their possible changes.en
