dc.description.abstractPředkládaná disertační práce se zabývá vlivem evropského ekonomického procesu na proměnu principu smluvní svobody. Za primární či základní cíl evropské integrace lze označit závazek členských států vytvářet vnitřní trh, jako oblast bez vnitřních hranic, ve kterém je zajištěn volný pohyb zboží, osob, služeb a kapitálu. Jedním z nástrojů, kterým se Unie snaží dosáhnout společných integračních cílů, jsou směrnice, jejichž adresáty jsou jednotlivé členské státy Unie. Prostřednictvím zmíněných směrnic však může docházet k ovlivnění principů vnitrostátního práva členského státu.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe presented dissertation deals with the influence of the European economic process on the transformation of the principle of contractual freedom. The primary or basic goal of European integration can be characterized as the commitment of member states to create an internal market, as an area without internal borders, in which the free movement of goods, people, services and capital is ensured. One of the instruments with which the Union tries to achieve common integration goals are directives addressed to the individual member states of the Union. However, the principles of national law of a member state may be influenced by means of the aforementioned directives.en
