Abstract

Článek se zabývá problematikou ohledání místa činu v kontextu mimořádných událostí se zaměřením na činnost složek integrovaného záchranného systému (IZS), zejména Hasičského záchranného sboru České republiky. Analyzuje specifika ohledání místa události, která se liší od standardního ohledání místa činu, a zdůrazňuje význam správného zajištění stop pro následné trestní či správní řízení. Text poukazuje na nutnost mezioborové spolupráce, využití kriminalistických metod a respektování právních a metodologických zásad. Zvláštní pozornost je věnována moderním trendům, zejména využití pokročilých technologií dokumentace, jako je systém Jestřáb, který umožňuje efektivní sběr, analýzu a vizualizaci dat z místa zásahu. Článek zdůrazňuje význam kvalitní dokumentace již v průběhu zásahu jako klíčového faktoru pro úspěšné objasnění příčin mimořádných událostí.

The article addresses the issue of crime scene investigation in the context of emergency events, focusing on the activities of the Integrated Rescue System (IRS), particularly the Fire Rescue Service of the Czech Republic. It analyzes the specific features of investigating emergency scenes, which differ from standard crime scene procedures, and emphasizes the importance of proper evidence collection for subsequent criminal or administrative proceedings. The text highlights the need for interdisciplinary cooperation, the use of forensic methods, and adherence to legal and methodological principles. Special attention is given to modern trends, especially the use of advanced documentation technologies such as the “Jestřáb” system, enabling efficient data collection, analysis, and visualization at the scene. The article underlines the importance of thorough documentation already during intervention as a key factor in successfully determining the causes of emergency events
