dc.description.abstractPředložená diplomová práce je zaměřena na plánování a finanční prognózy ve společnosti ŠkoFIN, s.r.o. Struktura diplomové práce je tvořena třemi hlavními částmi. První část je věnována teorii, která blíže specifikuje jednotlivé druhy plánů. Druhá část je částí praktickou, kde je z dlouhodobého hlediska provedena celková analýza společnosti ŠkoFIN, s.r.o. V rámci praktické části jsou analyzovány interní a externí vlivy na podnik. Závěry z této analýzy jsou použity k sestavení strategické analýzy. V poslední třetí části je na základě získaných poznatků vyhotoven návrh strategického plánu a finanční plán.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe submitted thesis is focused on planning and financial perspectives in the company ŠkoFIN, Ltd. The thesis consists of three main parts. The first part of the thesis is devoted the theory that specifies the various types of plans. The second part is the practical part, where a comprehensive analysis of ŠkoFIN, Ltd. was done. In the practical part the internal and external influences on company are analyzed. The conclusions from this analysis are used to build a strategic analysis. The last part used the knowledge from the analyses to form a proposal strategic and financial plan for ŠkoFIN, Ltd.en
