dc.description.abstractBakalářská práce popisuje problematiku dialyzovaných pacientů se zdravotním postižením. V teoretické části je popsána dialyzační léčba a druhy zdravotního postižení. Kvalitativní výzkum v praktické části zkoumá formou polostrukturovaných rozhovorů pocity a prožitky zdravotně postižených klientů podstupujících pravidelnou dialyzační léčbu. Následně je bakalářská práce doplněna o vypracovaný ošetřovatelský proces u mladé pacientky s tělesným postižením.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe Bachelor thesis describes the problematics of dialyzed patients with disability. The dialysis treatment and types of disability are described in the theoretical part. The qualitative research as a part of the practical section was provided via semi-structured interviews examining the feelings and experiences of disabled clients undergoing regular dialysis treatment. Subsequently, the bachelor´s thesis is completed by a nursing proces related to a young female patient with physical disability.en
