| dc.description.abstract | Tato diplomová práce se zabývá možnými přístupy k vyhodnocení výskytu poklesů a krátkodobých přerušení napětí v kontextu regulace kvality elektrické energie. Je zde tedy specifikována kvalita dodávek elektrické energie a její regulace v České republice a v zahraničí. Dále je uveden přehled možných způsobů vyhodnocení napěťových událostí. V další části je provedeno vyhodnocení poklesů napětí a krátkých přerušení. Vyhodnocení respektuje závažnost jevů a možný dopad na zařízení odběratele. Návrh možného vyhodnocení je proveden s ohledem na stanovení směrných hodnot. | cs |

Thus, the quality of electricity supply and its regulation in the Czech Republic is specified here, also regulation in foreign countries. The following is an overview of possible ways of evaluate voltage events. The next part is the evaluation of voltage dips and short interruptions. The evaluation respects the severity of the events and the possible impact on the customer's equipment.
