dc.description.abstractBakalářská práce se zabývá komplexní fyzioterapeutickou péčí o ženy po císařském řezu. V teoretické části shrnuje provedení a možné komplikace císařského řezu, problematiku hojení pooperační rány a jizvy a možnosti fyzioterapie v poporodním období. Praktická část je zaměřena na sledování tří pacientek v různém období po císařském řezu. Práce se zaměřuje na využití fyzioterapeutických postupů včetně diagnostiky, kinezioterapie a měkkých technik. Cílem bylo vyhodnotit vliv fyzioterapie na vnímání a funkční stav jizvy a kvalitu života ženy po sekci.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe bachelor thesis deals with complex physiotherapeutic care of women after caesarean section. In the theoretical part it summarizes the performance and possible complications of caesarean section, the issue of healing of the postoperative wound and scar and the possibilities of physiotherapy in the postpartum period. The practical part focuses on the follow-up of three patients in different periods after caesarean section. The work focuses on the use of physiotherapy techniques including diagnosis, kinesiotherapy and soft techniques. The aim was to evaluate the effect of physiotherapy on the perception and functional status of the scar and the woman's quality of life after c-section.en
