dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce se zabývá návrhem a implementací systému pro automatické generování odpovědí na příchozí e-maily s využitím techniky Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) a Large Language Modelů (LLM). Systém dokáže automaticky indexovat nové e-maily, získávat relevantní kontext z předchozí komunikace a generovat odpovídající reakce. Praktická funkčnost navrženého řešení byla ověřena testováním na reálných datech a výsledná analýza potvrdila dostatečnou kvalitu pro praktické použití.	cs
