dc.description.abstractV mé diplomové práci jsem pospal antidumpigové clo, kde jsem metodou analýzy rozebíral proces a tvorbu antidumpigových nařízení. Charakterizoval jsem tři složky antidumpingového cla. Dále jsem se zaměřil na systém tržního hospodářství. Závěr mé práce byl věnován metodám obcházení antidumpigového cla. V závěru práce jsem rozebral rozsduky spojené s antidumpigovým clem.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe main aim of my thesis is to describe anti-dumping duty, where I method of analysis to characterize the process and formation of anti-dumping regulations. I explained to the three components of the anti-dumping duty. Next, I focused on the system of the market economy. The conclusion of my thesis has been devoted to methods of circumvention of the anti-dumping duty. At the conclusion of thesis, I disassembled the judgments associated with anti-dumping duties.en
