dc.description.abstractTato diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou zaměstnaneckých benefitů v podnikové praxi. Teoretická část je zaměřena na vysvětlení pojmů, které souvisí s řízením lidských zdrojů. Je provedena charakteristika a klasifikace zaměstnaneckých benefitů a jejich daňového a odvodového systému. Na závěr je definován vztah mezi finančními a nefinančními benefity nebo jejich vzájemná komparace. V praktické části je provedena analýza výsledků dotazníkového šetření a provedení vyhodnocení pomocí různých statistických metod.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis diploma thesis deals with the problematics of employee benefits in corporate practice. The theoretical part is mainly focused on explanation of terminology related to human resources management. Characteristics and classification of employee benefits as well as employee tax system is being performed. At the end of this thesis relationship between financial and non-financial benefits has been defined and also their mutual comparison. In practical part is the analysis of questionnaire survey results and the evaluation of various statistical methods used.en
