| dc.description.abstract | Tématem diplomové práce jsou krajské volby, tedy volby do krajských zastupitelstev na území České republiky. Práce se nejprve snaží popsat zakotvení krajských voleb v právním řádu. Další kapitoly diplomové práce jsou věnovány samotným výsledkům krajských voleb a následným vyjednáváním krajských koalic a finální ustanovením orgánů kraje. Zároveň nechybí stručná komparace krajských voleb v České republice s volbami do samosprávných krajů na území Slovenska. | cs |
