dc.description.abstractVe své bakalářské práci jsem se zaměřila na kvalitu na kvalitu života dialyzovaných pacientů při změně léčebné metody. Určila jsem si základní výzkumné otázky a práci rozdělila na část teoretickou a praktickou. V teoretické části jsem podrobně popsala anatomii a fyziologii ledvin, léčbu při renálním selhání, transplantaci a dialýzu. Dále jsem se věnovala tématu kvality života a potřeby chronicky nemocných. V praktické části jsem se zaměřila na porovnání kvality života před a po vynuceném transferu dialyzační léčby. Jejich pocity a spokojenost s léčbou jsem zaznamenala prostřednictvím polostrukturovaných rozhovorů, při kterých jsem se snažila dávat otevřené otázky. Pro svoje šetření jsem si vybrala kvalitativní výzkum.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedIn my bachelor thesis, I focus on the quality of dialysis patients life during the change of treatment methods. I identified basic research questions. I divided my work into theoretical and practical parts. In the theoretical part, I describe in detail the anatomy and physiology of the kidney, a treatment for renal failure, a transplantation and a dialysis. I also focus on the issue of chronically ill patients quality of life and on their needs. In the practical part, I focus on the comparison of the quality of respondents life before and after the forced transfer of dialysis therapy. I tracked down their feelings and satisfaction with their treatment through semi-structured interviews. In those interviews I tried to ask openended quastions. For my investigation I chose qualitative research.en
