dc.description.abstractTato práce se zaměřuje na institucionální trojúhelník EU (Evropskou komisi, Evropský parlament a Radu EU) a zkoumá proměnu jeho formálních pravomocí, strutkury či rozhodovacích procedur v primárním právu EU pomocí komparace těchto proměnných ve Smlouvě z Nice a v Lisabonské smlouvě. Práce hodnotí vliv daných změn, zavedených Lisabonskou smlouvou, na nadnárodní charakter evropské integrace především ve světle federalistické a neofederalistické teorie. Text práce se zaměřuje na proměnu legislativních a kontrolních pravomocí, dále pak na proměnu pravomocí vybraných institucí ve vnějších vztazích.Cílem práce je zjistit, zda Lisabonská smlouva posílila nadnárodní charakter EU, což by mohlo být chápáno jako jistý posun EU k federaci.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis bachelor thesis focuses on the institutional triangle of the EU (the European Commission, the European Parliament and the Council of the EU) and examines the change of their formal competences, structure and decision-making or voting procedures by comparison of these variables in the Treaty of Nice and in the Treaty of Lisbon. This work evaluates the influence of changes brought by the Treaty of Lisbon on the supranational character of European integration especially in the light of federalist and neofederalist ideas. The text specializes itself on the change of formal legislative, external and also supervisory competences of the three institutions. The aim of this work is to determine whether the Treaty of Lisbon has strengthened the supranational character of the EU which could be seen as a shift of EU towards federation.en
