Úvodní část se věnuje akciové společnosti z historického i současného právního hlediska a postavení akcionáře. Hlavní část práce se zabývá jednotlivým právům a povinnostem akcionáře a také právům kvalifikovaného akcionáře. Závěrečná část obsahuje komparaci s právní úpravou státu Delaware a rozbor kauzy ohledně společnosti Gamestop. | cs |
