dc.description.abstractTato diplomová práce se zaměřuje na problematiku trvale udržitelného rozvoje a jeho reportování v podnicích. Popisuje jednotlivé pojmy, jako je společenská udržitelnost, udržitelný rozvoj či reporting udržitelného rozvoje. V teoretické části pak lze také najít iniciativy a organizace, které se zabývají udržitelným rozvojem a společenskou odpovědností, dále iniciativy v oblasti reportingu udržitelného rozvoje. Na teoretickou část plynule navazuje část praktická, která využívá metod analýzy a syntézy. Tato část se zaměřuje na přístup k udržitelnosti společnosti dm drogerie markt, s.r.o., popisuje její aktivity v této oblasti a v závěru práce také navrhuje konkrétní podobu reportingu trvale udržitelného rozvoje. Součástí práce je i grafické zpracování tohoto reportingu, které společnost může použít pro své potřeby.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis master´s thesis focuses on the issue of sustainable development and its reporting in companies. Describes individual concepts such as social sustainability, sustainable development or sustainable development reporting. In the theoretical part there can be also found initiatives and organizations dealing with sustainable development and social responsibility, as well as initiatives in the field of sustainable development reporting. The theoretical part is continuously followed by the practical part, which uses methods of analysis and synthesis. This part focuses on the approach to sustainability of the company dm drogerie markt, s.r.o., describes its activities in this area and at the end of the thesis also proposes a specific form of sustainable development reporting. Part of the thesis is also the graphic processing of this reporting, which the company can use for its needs.en
