dc.description.abstractTato diplomová práce se zabývá finančním řízením neziskové organizace. Jejím hlavním cílem je zhodnotit finanční řízení vybrané neziskové organizace, analyzovat možnosti financování a posoudit její finanční zdraví. V prvních kapitolách jsou zpracována teoretická východiska týkající se neziskového sektoru a hlavních aspektů finančního řízení neziskových organizací. Poté je představena vybraná nezisková organizace, kterou je Nadace pro transplantace kostní dřeně. Následuje rozbor příjmů a výdajů neziskové organizace a zhodnocení jejího finančního zdraví. Poslední kapitola je věnována konkrétním návrhům ke zlepšení finančního řízení vybraného subjektu a také využití dalšího zdroje financování, kterým je crowdfunding.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis diploma thesis deals with a financial management of a non-profit organisation. The main goal of the thesis is to evaluate financial management of a selected non-profit organisation, analyze options for funding and assess its financial health. In the opening chapters there is formulated theoretical basis regarding a non-profit sector and the main aspects of a financial management for non-profit organisations. Then chosen non-profit organisation Nadace pro transplantace kostní dřeně is presented. The elaboration of the incomes and expenses of the non-profit organisation and evaluation of its financial health follow. The last chapter is devoted to the particular proposals for improvements of the financial management of the selected entity and also to use of other funding source which is crowdfunding.en
