dc.description.abstract	Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá geografickými aspekty totalitárních režimů v Africe. Cílem práce je analyzovat politicko-geografické aspekty totalitárních režimů a zhodnotit vliv historických, kulturních a ekonomických faktorů, které přispěly k jejich vzniku. Práce zároveň zkoumá, proč totalitární režimy pořádají volby a zároveň se snaží vyvinout vlastní definici pro totalitární režim. Praktická část se zabývá otázkou, zda a jak přímé zahraniční investice (PZI) ovlivňují míru demokratizace v Africe. Součástí praktické části je analýza indexů svobody a zahraničních investic v čase a jejich korelace. Výsledky teoretické části ukazují podobnosti mezi jednotlivými režimy, přičemž klíčovou roli hraje ideologické ovládání společnosti. Výsledky praktické části vizualizují vývoj demokracie v Africe.	cs
dc.description.abstract-translated	This bachelor's thesis focuses on the geographical aspects of totalitarian regimes in Africa. The aim of the thesis is to analyze the political-geographical aspects of totalitarian regimes and assess the impact of historical, cultural, and economic factors that contributed to their emergence. The thesis also examines why totalitarian regimes hold elections and seeks to develop a custom definition of a totalitarian regime. The practical part addresses the question of whether and how foreign direct investment (FDI) influences the level of democratization in Africa. It includes an analysis of freedom indices and foreign investments over time and their correlation. The theoretical results highlight similarities between individual regimes, with ideological control of society playing a key role. The practical results visualize the development of democracy in Africa.	en
