dc.description.abstract-translatedThis expert article deals with selected legal aspects related to the assignment of claims, in particular monetary claims However, some substantive and procedural aspects of this area of contract law remain somewhat unclear in application practice. Therefore, this paper aims, inter alia, to draw attention to some pitfalls of the effective legal regulation in relation to the issue in question and at the same time to contribute to the resolution of selected controversial issues relevant for the application practice, in particular in the area of the derivative method of acquisition of the ownership right to a claim.en
