Objektivní hodnocení plenkové dermatitidy

Abstract

Cíl: Cílem studie bylo ověřit reliabilitu hodnoticí škály Scoring System for Diaper Dermatitis scale. Metodika: Byla využita metoda kvantitativního výzkumu pomocí průřezové studie. Reliabilita hodnoticího nástroje Scoring System for Diaper Dermatitis scale byla ověřena třemi hodnotiteli. Výzkumu se zúčastnilo 31 kojenců a tři hodnotitelé. Výsledky: Scoring System for Diaper Dermatitis scale je jednoduchý a rychlý nástroj. Shoda hodnotitelů byla významná (a=0,9540). Závěr: Hodnoticí nástroj je reliabilní. Je však nezbytné provedení dalších šetření a validování Scoring System for Diaper Dermatitis Scale pro české sociokulturní i odborné prostředí.Klíčová slova: plenková dermatitida, kojenec, hodnoticí škála

Objective: The aim of the study was to verify the reliability of the Scoring System for Diaper Dermatitis scale. Methodology: A quantitative research method using a cross-sectional study was used. The reliability of the evaluation tool Scoring System for Diaper Dermatitis scale was verified by three evaluators. 31 infants and three evaluators participated in the research. Results: The Scoring System for Diaper Dermatitis scale is a simple and quick tool. The agreement of the raters was significant (α=0.9540). Conclusion: The assessment tool is reliable. However, it is necessary to carry out further investigations and validate the Scoring System for Diaper Dermatitis Scale for the Czech socio-cultural and professional environment.
