dc.description.abstractV rámci této diplomové práce se autor rozhodl zaměřit se na funkci Úřadu průmyslového vlastnictví ve vztahu k ochranným známkám platným na území ČR. Definovány tedy budou základní pojmy k dané problematice, dále se bude zkoumat přihláška národní ochranné známky, ochranné známky Evropské unie, Mezinárodní ochranné známky s designací pro ČR nebo EU a funkci a vztah Úřadu po celou dobu řízení. Dále bude rozebrán systém námitkového řízení u národní přihlášky a zásadní změny v platné právní úpravě hlavně po 01. 01. 2019.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedWithin this diploma thesis, the author decided to focus on the function of the Industrial Property Office in relation to trademarks valid in the Czech Republic. Thus, the basic concepts of the issue will be defined, the application of the national trademark, the European Union trademark, the International trademark with designation for the Czech Republic or the EU and the function and relationship of the Office throughout the proceedings will be examined. Furthermore, the system of opposition proceedings in the national application and fundamental changes in the valid legal regulation will be discussed, mainly after 01/01/2019.en
