| dc.description.abstract | Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na prožívání ženy podstupující proces asistované reprodukce. Rozděluje se na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část je rozdělena na tři kapitoly. První se zaměřuje na neplodnost, na její příčiny, diagnostiku, léčbu, psychickou proble-matiku a na indikace k asistované reprodukci. Ve druhé kapitole je popsána asistovaná reprodukce, její metody, komplikace, financování a je zde zmíněna kryokonzervace. Třetí kapitola se zabývá rolí porodní asistentky, edukací a nefarmakologickými radami v léčbě neplodnosti. V praktické části je hlavním cílem zjistit zkušenost ženy s asistovanou re-produkcí. Byl použit kvalitativní výzkum, který obsahuje polostrukturovaný rozhovor. Participantka během celého procesu diagnostiky neplodnosti nepociťovala negativní emoce. Během asistované reprodukce bylo psychické vytížení výrazně vyšší, hlavně díky práci, kterou vykonávala. Udává, že nejhorší byl odběr vajíček, který byl velmi bolestivý. Ze začátku měla velkou podporu od partnera, ale to se časem změnilo a bylo to mezi nimi velmi napjaté. S porodními asistentkami měla hezký vztah a byly ji podporou po celou dobu procesu. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract-translated | The bachelor thesis is focused on the experience of a woman undergoing the pro-cess of assisted reproduction. It is divided into a theoretical and a practical part. The theo-retical part is divided into three chapters. The first one focuses on infertility, its causes, diagnosis, treatment, psychological issues and indications for assisted reproduction. The second chapter describes assisted reproduction, its methods, complications, financing, and cryopreservation is mentioned here. The third chapter deals with the role of the mid-wife, education and non-pharmacological advice in the treatment of infertility. In the practical part, the main goal is to find out a woman's experience with assisted reproducti-on. We used a method of qualitative research, wich includes a semi-structured interview. The participant did not experience negative emotions during the entire process of inferti-lity diagnosis. During assisted reproduction, the mental workload was significantly higher, mainly due to the work she performed. She states that the worst thing was the egg retrieval, which was very painful. In the beginning she had a lot of support from her part-ner, but that changed over time and it was very tense between them. She had a nice relati-onship with the midwives and they supported her throughout the process. | en |
