dc.description.abstractBakalářská práce je zaměřena na zjištění významu supervize v práci všeobecné sestry. Práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a praktickou. V teoretické části práce je vymezen pojem supervize. Pozornost věnuje její historii, formám, funkcím, účelu nebo cílům supervize. Jedna z kapitol se zabývá subjekty supervize. Navazují kapitoly, které popisují supervizní kontrakt či problematiku etiky v supervizi. V praktické části práce jsou prezentovány odpovědi na výzkumné otázky. Otázky se zabývají přínosem supervize pro všeobecné sestry, splněním požadavků sester vůči supervizi nebo prevencí syndromu vyhoření. Odpovědi na výzkumné otázky byly získány pomocí strukturovaného rozhovoru v kvalitativním výzkumném šetření u cíleně vybraných respondentek.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe bachelor thesis is aimed at determining the importance of supervision in the work of general nurse. The thesis is divided into a theoretical and a practical part. The theoretical part defines the term of supervision. Attention is paid to the history, forms, functions, purpose or objectives of supervision. One chapter is dedicated to subjects of supervision, followed by chapters describing the supervision contract or issues of the ethics in supervision. The practical part presents the answers to research questions. The questions deal with the benefit of supervision to general nurses, fulfilment of the nurses? requirements towards supervision or prevention of the burnout syndrome. Answers to research questions were obtained through a structured interview in a qualitative research survey with target respondents.en
