dc.description.abstractBakalářská práce je zaměřena na informovanost pacientů ohledně manipulace s elastomerním infusorem. V teoretické části je popsána onkologická léčba a s ní spojené nežádoucí účinky cytostatik. Další oblast je věnována popisu a správné manipulaci s elastomerním infusorem, žilním vstupům používaných v onkologii a péčí o ně. Problémy pacientů v souvislosti s onkologickou léčbou jsou aplikovány na modelu Marjory Gordonové a v závěru teoretické části je popsána edukace a ošetřovatelský standard. Praktickou část tvoří rozhovory s pacienty s kolorektálním karcinomem, kterým byla podávána chemoterapie elastomerním infusorem. Rozhovor byl rozdělen do tří oblastí a poté provedena jejich analýza. Výstupem bakalářské práce je edukační brožura pro pacienty a standard ošetřovatelské péče.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis thesis is intent on information to patients regarding the handling with elastomeric infusors. In the theoretical part is described oncological treatment and the associated side effects of cytostatics. Another area is devoted to describing the correct manipulation with elastomeric infusor, venous inputs used in oncology and care for them. Problems of patients in the connection of cancer therapy are applied on Marjory Gordon´s model and the conclusion of this part describes the education and standard of nursing . The practical part is consisting of interviews with patients with colorectal cancer who received chemotherapy by elastomeric infusor. The interview was divided to three areas and then was made analysis. The result of this thesis is the educational brochure for patients and standard of nursing care.en
