dc.description.abstractPředložená práce na téma "Optimalizace finanční situace v rámci finančního účetnictví" je zaměřena na analýzu pohledávek a závazků konkrétního podnikatelského subjektu. Práce je rozdělena na dvě stěžejní části. Teoretická část postihuje problematiku nejprve v obecné rovině, kdy je provedena deskripce podnikového účetnictví a účetního systému dle právních norem České republiky a dále deskripce zúčtovacích vztahů a možností řízení pohledávek a závazků. V praktické části práce jsou nejprve identifikovány nedostatky v řízení pohledávek a závazků konkrétního podniku, přičemž za nejvýraznější nedostatky lze považovat absenci prověřování bonity zákazníků a zajištění pohledávek. Poté navazuje hlavní cíl práce, kterým je navržení řešení pro optimalizaci finanční situace v oblasti řízení pohledávek a závazků formou placení záloh, zavedení skonta, pojištění pohledávek, aj.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe presented thesis "Optimization of financial situation within financial accounting" deals with the analysis of receivable and liabilities of the specific company. The work is divided into two main parts. In the first part, the accounting system according to legal regulations of the Czech Republic and the accounting system of the company are described. The theoretical part addresses the general issues with a description of debtors and creditors in accounting, and possibilities of managing receivables and liabilities. In the practical part, the shortages in the management of the receivables and liabilities of a specific company are identified. The main shortages are the absence of creditworthiness and receivables securing. The main goal of this thesis is to suggest a solution for optimization of the financial situation in the field of receivables and liabilities management within deposits, discounts or insurance of receivables.en
