dc.description.abstractJedná se o teoreticko - empirickou práci. Teoretická část práce se zabývá problematikou psychické zátěže. Teoretická část je rozdělena na 4 kapitoly. První kapitola se zabývá vymezením základních pojmů. Druhá kapitola se zabývá definicí všeobecné sestry a aspektů s ní spojené. Třetí kapitola se zabývá psychickou zátěží a poslední kapitola se zaměřuje na psychosociální podporu. Praktická část bakalářské práce je realizovaná jako kvantitativní výzkumné šetření. Data byla získaná na základě dotazníku od všeobecných sester. Výsledkem práce je zmapování povědomí o psychosociální podpoře, která je poskytována v zátěžových situacích nebo při výskytu nadlimitního stresu. Dále výstupem z práce jsou zásady psychosociální péče pro všeobecné sestry a desatero pro úspěšné zvládání stresových situací.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedIt is a theoretical and empirical work. The theoretical part of the thesis deals with the issue of psychological stress. The theoretical part is divided into 4 chapters. The first chapter deals with the definition of basic concepts. The second chapter deals with the definition of general nurse and aspects related to it. The third chapter deals with psychological distress and the last chapter focuses on psychosocial support. The practical part of the bachelor thesis is conducted as a quantitative research investigation. The data was collected through a questionnaire from general nurses. The result of the thesis is a mapping of the awareness of psychosocial support that is provided in stressful situations or in the occurrence of excess stress. Furthermore, the output of the thesis is the principles of psychosocial care for general nurses and the ten principles for successful management of stressful situations.en
