dc.description.abstractV mé bakalářské práci bych se podrobněji chtěla zabývat nejčastějšími psychiatrickými onemocněními, která mohou postihnout ženu ve fertilním období a také možností léčby těchto onemocnění s ohledem na těhotenství a kojení. Součástí bakalářské práce je podrobný rozhovor se dvěma ženami, které jsou dlouhodobě léčeny pro psychiatrická onemocnění a které prožívaly svá těhotenství, porod a šestinedělí pod vlivem tohoto onemocnění. Pokusím se nastínit jejich problémy, potřeby a způsob jakým o ně bylo po stránce psychiatrického onemocnění pečováno a zda v tomto pro ně těžkém období může péče porodní asistentky pomoci zlepšit prožívání těhotenství, porodu a šestinedělí.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis bachelor thesis deals with the most common psychiatric diseases, which can affect women during their fertile period, as well as the options of the treatment of these diseases with respect to pregnancy and lactation. This bachelor thesis includes a detailed interview with two women who have been treated for a psychiatric disease for a long time and who have experienced their pregnancy, childbirth and the postpartum period under the influence of this disease. The aim of this thesis is to outline their problems, needs and the way these patients were taken care of considering their psychiatric disease. This work also tries to answer the question if midwifery care can help during pregnancy, childbirth and the postpartum period.en
