dc.description.abstract-translatedThe paper is devoted to the amendment of Act No. 37/1992 Coll., on the Rules of Procedure for District and Regional Courts, as amended. This amendment is intended to extend the provisions of Section 2(2) of the Act. Ordinances concerning the specialties of judicial departments. Newly, these criminal divisions are to be specialized in sexual offences against human dignity and international judicial cooperation issues. The paper will look at the reasons for introducing these specialization and will critically assess them.en
