| dc.description.abstract | Cílem bakalářské práce bylo charakterizovat osm vybraných fotbalových trenérů, kteří byli rozděleni do dvou skupin, kdy kritérium bylo jejich dlouhodobé, či krátkodobé angažmá v předních evropských klubech a následně komparovat jejich úspěšnost za posledních šest sezón jejich kariéry. Bylo zjištěno, že trenéři s dlouhodobým angažmá jsou úspěšnější v domácí lize a trenéři s krátkodobým angažmá v evropských soutěžích. | cs |

The criterion was their long-term or short-term engagement in the top European football clubs and then to compare their success in the last six seasons of their career.
