dc.description.abstractDiplomová práce má za cíl objasnit důvody rozvoje nového historismu Stephena Greenblatta, jeho přínos a snaha konkretizovat novohistorické metody. Pro vypracování teoretické části práce byly použity převážně pramenné zdroje Stephena Greenblatta, Haydena Whita či Clifforda Geertze. Zde jsou obsaženy především informace zobrazující formování nového historismu a jeho vztah k předchozím interpretačním směrům a vznik odborného periodika Representations. Praktická část se zaměřuje na konkrétní prvky alžbětinské literatury.Těmito tématy jsou například dilema identity, hledání paralel mezi Shakespearovým životem a "životy" jeho postav. Dále je brán zřetel na prvky čarodějnictví a exorcismu.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedDiploma thesis want to clarify reasons for the development of Stephen Greenblatt´s new historicism, its contributions and effort to concretize newhistoricists methods. To elaboration of the theoretical part was mostly used monographs of Stephen Greenblatt, Hayden White and Clifford Geertz. There are primarily includes information showing the formation of the new historicism and its relationship to previous interpretative orientations and the creation of the scientifical journal Representations. The practical part of thesis focuses on specific element sof Elizabethan literature and predominant elements in Shakespeare´s works. These themes are, for example, the dilema of identity, finfing parallels between Shakespeare´s life and "lives" of his characters. There are also také account elements of witchcreft and exorcism.en
