dc.description.abstractTato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou specifik péče o pacienty s plicním edémem na urgentním příjmu. Hlavním cílem teoretické časti této bakalářské práce je představit plicní edém, především nejčastější možné způsoby vzniku tohoto onemocnění. Dalším cílem je představit účinky plicního edému na pacienty s tímto onemocněním. Teoretická část práce se dále zabývá možnostmi léčby a zajištění pacienta s plicním edémem v nemocniční neodkladné péči. V praktické části této práce jsou popsány kazuistiky pacientů, kterým byla na urgentním příjmu stanovena diagnóza s číslem: J81- plicní edém. V praktické časti je poukázáno, jakým způsobem se pacient s tímto onemocněním na urgentní příjem dostává, dále je zde uvedená anamnéza pacienta, diagnostika, postup léčby a následné předání pacienta na další pracoviště. Součástí praktické části bakalářské práce je také algoritmus pro diagnostiku a terapii plicního edému.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis bachelor thesis deals with the specifics of the care of patients with pulmonary oedema in the emergency department. The main aim of the theoretical part of this bachelor thesis is to introduce pulmonary oedema, especially the most common possible ways of its occurrence. Another aim is to present the effects of pulmonary oedema on patients with this disease. The theoretical part of the thesis also deals with the treatment options and provision of patients with pulmonary oedema in hospital emergency care. In the practical part of this thesis, case reports of patients who were diagnosed in the emergency department with number: J81- pulmonary oedema. The practical part describes how a patient with this condition is admitted to the emergency department, the patient's history, diagnosis, treatment procedure and subsequent transfer of the patient to another department. The practical part of the bachelor thesis also includes an algorithm for the diagnosis and treatment of pulmonary oedema.en
